A production EULA would provide a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software subject to its terms.
Users may not distribute unauthorized copies, circumvent security, exploit vulnerabilities, sell access, or use the software to interfere with services or other users.
Pre-release software may change automatically and can contain unfinished content, telemetry, balance changes, save resets, or experimental features.
Software and associated intellectual property remain owned by the publisher and licensors. The license does not transfer ownership.
A license may end when a test concludes or when users materially breach applicable terms.
